• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care to provide safe, individualized patient‑centered care to a diverse population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the health‑care team regarding status, rendered care, and treatment plans.
• Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to HMH standards.
• Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology designed to ensure safest delivery.
• Patient and family‑centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transition and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in Maternal–Child Department areas (post‑partum, nursery, special‑care nursery, labor and delivery, NICU). Strongly preferred.
• NRP certification and ACLS highly preferred; must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• BSN highly preferred; must obtain within 3 years.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability, exceptional teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, and passion for delivering highest quality patient care.

Minimum rate: $45.73 per hour. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency. Posted rates are estimates of the minimum base pay; the full value of the rewards package is available upon offer.
