• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe, individualized patient-centered care with a diverse patient population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, care rendered, and treatment plans.
• Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
• Patient- and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in managing the patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
• 1 Year Of RN Experience Required

Minimum rate of $45.73 hourly. The posted rate is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay at the time of posting and does not reflect the full value of the total rewards package.

The base compensation may change at the time of offer based on non-discriminatory factors including labor market data, experience, education and certifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and budget considerations. Some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or shift differentials. Hackensack Meridian Health offers a comprehensive benefits package.
