• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care for a diverse patient population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and the health care team regarding patient status, care, and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration using current clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
• Six (6) months or more of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability, excellent teamwork, and dedication to high-quality patient care

• Minimum rate of $45.73 hourly
