Overview
Vaco is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator near Red Bank, NJ. This role offers bonus, PTO, generous benefits.
Responsibilities- The Payroll Coordinator will handle weekly payroll for 1500 salaried and hourly employees
- Experience with in Ultipro and ADP is a MUST, creating payroll changes
- Updating direct deposits, g/l reporting, wage changes, bonus plans, garnishments
- Payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, etc.
- Update vacation pto, sick time, 401k deductions
- The Payroll Coordinator will handle reconciliations
- Must have UKG and ADP systems experince (Ultipro)
- Must have at least five years' prior experience in multi state payroll required
- Must have in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations regarding state employment and federal reporting requirements, taxes, payroll distribution
