Vice President, Corporate Controller

The VP, Corporate Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for global accounting operations, financial reporting, and related shared services. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial information while supporting scalable growth and operational efficiency.

• Lead global accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and shared services functions (AP, AR, payroll, cash operations).
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and finance systems optimization, including ERP platforms.
• Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Support M&A activity, including accounting diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Oversee liquidity and cash forecasting; support lender reporting and compliance.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams across geographies.

• Senior accounting leader with experience in complex, multi-entity or global environments.
• Hands-on background improving close, reporting, and finance systems through automation.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting financials at a senior level.
• Proven ability to lead change and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Prior public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong systems, process, and leadership capabilities.
