Position

We are seeking a full-time Seasonal Tax Preparer to support our Red Bank, NJ tax office for preparation of individual and state income tax returns for the upcoming 2026 tax season.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and collect necessary documentation.
  • Review client-provided financial data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare individual and business income tax returns using Ultra Tax software.
  • Research and respond to client inquiries on tax-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to assist clients by recommending additional firm services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills
  • Three to five years of professional experience preparing tax returns.
  • Strong accuracy, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
