* Produce construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD.
* Participate in all phases of project development including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
* Conduct existing condition surveys by traveling to job sites.
* Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives.
* Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to ensure project progression.
* Respond to RFIs and manage submittals.
Essential Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
* 2-3 years experience in commercial architecture with a preference for retail projects.
* Ability to produce comprehensive construction drawings.
* Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Red Bank, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
