Who They Are
We are working with a 30+ year old construction company going through rapid growth, looking to add an exceptional sales rep in their NJ market. They specialize in paving and seal coatings, primarily in the repair and maintenance sector. This role is primarily for their residential sector, calling on HOAs and driving 300k- 2MM dollar projects.
What You'll Do
- Call on HOAs
- Manage large projects
- 10+ years of experience in the asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, drainage, and/or grading fundamentals
- Experience with regional or national contractors
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual portfolios
