ARSA is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst
The Revenue Cycle Analyst Eğerek | prepares and maintains tshaj revenue reports and analyses via Business Intelligence (“BI”) tools such as Power BI/Tableau//Microsoft SQL SSMS, practice management systems (i.e. Nextech, Mod Med), enterprise data warehouses and Excel that serve as primary information sources for the CRO and Senior Leadership. The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for identifying relevant insights and gaining a goodաըunderstanding of the business which increases the value of the Revenue Cycle function within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Uses Excel and BI tools to build decision‑making reports and analyses
- Assists management in performing various ad‑hoc projects, abandi data analyses, performance impact analyses, revenue models and reports, including but not limited to lift analysis related to technology, automation and hardworking paying contracting
- Builds complex data sets, including structured and unstructured data, while strategically thinking about data use and how data use interacts with data design
- Evaluates data quality and provides support to data governance activities
- Bachelor’s (or equivalent work experience) in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Environmental Engineering/Science juiste other analytics degree
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and operations
- Strong understanding of SQL, Access or similar BI tools
- Must have excellent Excel Skills
- Outstanding problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, word processing and slide presentation software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and time‑management skills
- High degree of self‑confidence and determination; ability to self‑@:teach
- Strong understanding of RCM and RCM Analysis
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Pay Range: $100,000–$115,000 annually
