Withum is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Red Bank, NJ office
. This will be on-site 5 days per week
. This person will perform administrative work involving general office functions, provide support to the administrative team to ensure timely, accurate, and quality projects, and related work as required. Ideally, depending on the hiring timeline, the Temporary Receptionist will be with us from mid-February 2026 until mid-April 2026.

HowYou’ll Spend Your Time
- Preparing engagement letters and business correspondence
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading presentation documents for accuracy
- Managing information, filing systems, faxing, scanning, copying
- Covering the reception area as needed
- Answering phone calls and transferring to appropriate staff members, answering questions, or addressing caller concerns
- Coordinating conference calls and in-house meetings with clients
- Ordering supplies and organizing them
- Ordering meals for events and meetings
- Processing mail
- Working on special projects
- High school diploma
- Must have excellent Word, Outlook and Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software
- Experience with XCM, GoSystems, or other tax software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 55 wpm
- Prior experience is a plus
Ideal candidates must be highly motivated, possess a high level of professionalism, be organized and detail oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $24/hr - $26/hr in addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
