As a Driver LCV (B) based in Reading
, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a 3.5T Automatic Luton Van

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries of plumbing and heating products to building sites, customer premises and residential addresses

• Safely loading and unloading goods from your vehicle - this can involve some heavy lifting

• Building strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service at delivery locations

• Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including serving on the trade counter, answering phone calls and helping out wherever needed

• Helping in the warehouse with goods in, picking/packing and loading the vehicles for deliveries the next day

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.00am - 4.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous multi-drop driving experience

• To be comfortable driving an automatic vehicle

• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 12 months

• A team player with a can-do attitude, happy to assist in all areas of the branch
