Driver Hire Reading is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers to support a growing portfolio of clients across the construction, builders’ merchant and plant hire sectors.

This role offers access to ongoing and future HIAB work with a variety of reputable local businesses, providing flexibility, consistency and competitive pay.

Role Details

* Class 2 vehicle operation

* HIAB crane use (brick grab / hook / remote)

* Deliveries to sites, yards and commercial premises

* Local and regional work depending on client

* Strong focus on safety and customer service

Assignments may be short-term, ongoing or temp-to-perm, depending on client requirements.

Driver Requirements

* Full UK Category C (Class
2) licence

* Valid HIAB certification (ALLMI / NPORS / CPCS)

* Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous HIAB delivery experience essential

* Good knowledge of safe loading and site procedures

* Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
