A specialist SEN school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to help pupils who require structure, consistency, and positive role modelling. This full‑time role is ideal for individuals with an interest in behaviour management, psychology, criminology, or youth justice.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work with children and young people displaying challenging behaviour linked to Autism, ADHD, SEMH, trauma, and social‑emotional difficulties, supporting them to re‑engage positively with education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting behaviour regulation and emotional de‑escalation
• Implementing behaviour support strategies and interventions
• Working 1:1 with pupils who struggle in mainstream classrooms
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals
