Support Worker, Family Advocacy & Support Services

Overview

We have an opportunity for experienced support workers for both day and waking night shifts to join our Residential Family Assessment Unit based in Reading Berkshire. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed people who are reliable and able to offer emotional and practical support to our residents. Flourishing Families Parental Assessment Centre is located in a quiet residential estate in Reading Berkshire.

You will work under our Ofsted Registered Manager and our assessing Social Workers and you need to be able to remain focused and calm and work in a family centred way and remain professional. The ethos of our Family residential home is to provide a homely and family-like environment to our service users.
