Water Hygiene Technician

We are looking for a reliable and motivated PPM Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks across a range of commercial and industrial sites nationwide.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong maintenance background who is confident working independently, takes pride in high standards of work, and is willing to travel throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out scheduled PPM tasks in line with company and client requirements

* Water hygiene monitoring (temperature checks, flushing, inspections)

* TMV servicing and basic maintenance

* Tank inspections and condition reporting

* Basic plumbing repairs and minor remedial works

* Asset inspections and compliance checks

* Accurate completion of service reports and compliance documentation

* Identifying and reporting non-compliances or remedial requirements

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site

* Representing the company professionally when dealing with clients

Essential Requirements

* Experience in PPM, facilities maintenance, or water hygiene

* Basic plumbing knowledge and practical experience

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Ability to work independently and manage own schedule

* Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures

* Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required

Desirable Qualifications

* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (advantageous)

* Water Hygiene / Legionella Awareness Training

* TMV servicing experience

* Experience with in commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments
