Overview
Field Service Engineer. A specialist engineering provider is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain gas monitoring and control systems across commercial and industrial sites. This is a mobile role covering locations throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Installation, servicing and maintenance of leak detection and monitoring systems.
- Fault finding, testing and commissioning of equipment, including alarms and communications.
- Control panel wiring, on-site modifications and technical troubleshooting.
- Planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Providing basic system training to customers on-site.
- Field-based engineering experience with electro-mechanical equipment.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- CSCS card.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good IT skills and clear communication.
- 17th or 18th Edition electrical qualification
- F-Gas certification
- Experience in monitoring systems
- Permanent, long-term role.
- Full product training provided.
- Company vehicle and specialist tools.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Paid travel time, expenses and optional overtime.
