Refrigeration Supervisor

Are you an experienced refrigeration professional ready to lead and support a team in delivering top‑nob service? We are looking for a hands‑on Refrigeration Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repairs and installations of commercial and industrial cooling equipment. This field‑based role keeps client operations running smoothly while offering career progression across multiple sectors.

• Lead & support engineers and coordinate service schedules across multiple client sites.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and troubleshooting on chillers, heat pumps and other temperature control systems.
• Ensure new installations are tested, calibrated and operating to specification.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact, providing updates, guidance and expert solutions to clients.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent mechanical/electrical qualification.
• Valid Category 1 F‑Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
• Proven experience with industrial refrigeration systems or large‑scale HVAC installations.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills to guide your team and explain technical issues clearly.
