Role: Plumber Multi Trade
Salary: £39,000-£40,000 Call Out & Overtime
Location: Reading, Slough, Brent
Environment: Housing Maintenance
The CompanyHousing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are Reading, Slough and Brent.
The Role- Bath framework, boxing, bath panels, Tiling
- Toilet overhauls
- Identifying and fixing burst pipes / leaks
- Installing additional pipework
- Gain entries
- Mould treatments
- Shower boost replacement
- Receive & complete works via PDA device
- Work safely in accordance with H&S
- Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
- Relevant industry qualifications
- 26
