The Role
This is a flexible worker role, covering various shifts around a designated area. Typically shifts available are Monday - Friday to cover sickness and absence. Shift times will vary depending on the location that requires covering at the time.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
- Monitor premises and visitors via CCTV and x‑ray machines, and conduct other security checks such as using hand‑held metal detectors on court users and bag searches on arrival.
- Patrol and secure access to buildings and satellite buildings, maintaining contact with the control room using hand‑held radios.
- Respond to panic alarm buttons in Judges’ rooms, courts and offices.
- Respond to any security issues within the complex and record and report details of those incidents.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate.
- SIA licence and relevant security experience.
- Strong people and customer service skills.
- UK driving licence or the ability to travel to different sites as required.
- Good diligence and high standards of work.
- Effective communication skills.
