Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus up to 10% quarterly bonus related to performance-based measures, plus company car, fuel card & tech provided.
What You'll Be DoingAs a key ambassador for Nestlé, you’ll take ownership of growing brand awareness, availability and distribution across your territory. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Driving Performance- Increase brand visibility and distribution within wholesale and convenience channels.
- Build strong relationships with depot managers, key decision makers and store contacts.
- Use sales data to identify and communicate new product opportunities.
- Generate central orders with key contacts to maximise availability.
- Maintain core distribution and champion new product lines.
- Identify merchandising opportunities to boost visibility and sales.
- Ensure all promotional activity is correctly implemented and available in‑store.
- Record all activity data accurately using company systems.
- Capture high‑quality photos and provide clear descriptions of your work.
- Share feedback on store changes, competitor activity and market trends.
- Communicate directly with the client on performance and challenges.
- Use sales data and support materials to pre‑sell promotional activity.
- Understand in‑store systems to influence orders and take corrective actions.
- Complete monthly expenses and manage promotional budget trackers.
- Attend regular team meetings and produce case studies and reports.
You don’t need years of sales experience to succeed here. We’re looking for attitude, energy, and potential.
- Confident, self‑motivated, and target driven.
- Great at building rapport and influencing people.
- Self‑motivated, determined and comfortable working independently.
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
- Happy working in a fast‑paced, ever-changing landscape.
- IT literate and confident using mobile data capture tools.
- A full UK manual driving licence.
Previous retail, FMCG, or sales experience is desirable—but not essential. If you’re ambitious and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
Additional Requirements- Ability to store some equipment/stock at home.
