Elements Kitchens Ltd is a family-run business with 30 years’ experience designing, supplying and installing high-quality British, German & Bespoke kitchens for residential developers and private clients across Reading and the South West.
We are recruiting a B2B Kitchen Sales Manager to work directly with our expanding list of house builders selling kitchen packages for residential developments.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in house building, QS, construction sales or developer-focused kitchen sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing relationships with property developers and build teams
* Securing kitchen packages for residential developments (single plots to multi-unit schemes)
* Preparing commercial kitchen specifications and pricing
* Negotiating with QSs and commercial decision-makers
* Managing the sales process from enquiry to order handover
* Working closely with internal design and project management teams
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in house building, QS, developer sales or kitchen sales
* Strong understanding of sales processes, cost control and procurement
* Confident dealing with commercial stakeholders and build professionals
* Commercially aware, detail-driven and well organised
* Proven ability to close B2B sales
Package
* Full-time employed position
* Basic salary plus uncapped commission
* OTE £40,000 – £60,000+
* Established brand with strong developer relationships
* Design and project management support in place
