Senior Business Development Manager – Hotel Technology Solutions
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid Options)

They are now looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where you can genuinely make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business sales across the UK and wider EMEA markets.
- Identify and win new hotel and hospitality clients, focusing on mid-sized to large groups.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers (GMs, CFOs, CIOs, Revenue Managers).
- Articulate the value proposition of complex hospitality technology solutions (PMS, POS, CRM).
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to support the sales cycle and close deals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in hospitality technology (PMS, POS, RMS, or SaaS solutions).
- Strong network within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
- Passionate about technology and its ability to transform the hospitality experience.
- Highly motivated, autonomous, and driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
