Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Hotel Sales Executive based in Reading, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
The Hotel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving Room & Event sales, building relationships with clients, engaging in business development, and identifying new opportunities to grow the customer base.
Tasks include coordinating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves representing Hamlet Hotels at industry events and serving as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadline.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality industry trends, and regional market dynamics
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Flexibility to attend events and meetings in various locations, with the ability to work both onsite and remotely
- Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality roles is preferred.
