Leasing Consultant

This is a sales-based, customer-facing role where you’ll manage inbound enquiries and guide customers through their leasing journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience while directly contributing to the performance and success of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage incoming customer sales enquiries and leasing leads
• Act as the face of the business, delivering an excellent first impression
• Guide customers through their leasing journey in line with our Sales process and DRIVE values
• Respond to new leads and manage existing customers in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all systems and CRM records are kept accurate and up to date
• Provide clear, honest and appropriate information to customers
• Work towards daily and monthly performance targets
• Support the Senior Leasing Consultant, Sales Manager and wider management team
• Assist with complaint resolution where required
• Communicate regularly with your manager on your performance and development
• Produce clear reporting on your sales performance
• Support relationships with key suppliers and internal departments
• Maintain full FCA compliance and complete all required training

• Experience working in a busy sales environment
• Knowledge of sales processes and systems
• Experience with in vehicle leasing or the motor industry (desirable)
• Compliance experience (desirable)
• A proactive, driven and customer-focused approach
