As a business development executive your focus will be building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones with both warm and cold clients. Your role will be mapping and targeting your accounts through pro‑active calls and applying your tenacity to ensure that your individual KPIs are met along with hitting sales targets. Whilst this is an inside‑based role, you will have the opportunity to meet clients face to face intermittently.

• To achieve commercial targets
• Deliver accurate weekly forecasting/pipeline
• Prepare details for quarterly 1‑2‑1s to track performance and development
• Drive margin betterment in account base
• Feedback on customer challenges/aspirations
• Grow the account base through strategic and pro‑active calls
• Grow the breadth within the area
• Grow the breadth with chosen vendors
• Build new relationships with both warm and cold clients
