The Role:

We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to own the Reading and Oxford territory and drive growth across premium on‑trade venues. This is a new, business‑focused role, giving you the chance to shape how the brand is stocked and represented in independent bars, restaurants, and smaller hospitality groups.

You will:

  • Prospect, pitch, and win new accounts across your territory’s premium on‑trade.
  • Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline, converting leads into listings through confident, relationship‑led selling.
  • Own your territory, ensuring strong visibility and excellent in‑venue execution (menu placement, staff engagement, point‑of‑sale).
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and distributors to unlock scalable distribution and accelerate growth.
  • Track performance in CRM and feed back market insights to influence brand strategy.

About You:

  • 2–4​—plus years’ experience in on‑trade field sales, ideally in premium drinks.
  • Proven success in winning new business – educes on the chase and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of àȘœà«â€ŻReading/Oxford hospitality scene and confidence in premium venues.
  • Highly organised, autonomous, and disciplined in managing your territory.
  • Living in or near the Reading/Oxford area.

Extra points if you:

  • Have experience working with wholesalers or RTM partners to drive growth.
  • Already have a network in Reading/Oxford hospitality.
  • Are high‑energy, commercially aware, and passionate about the low/no Affiliate category.
