Account Manager – January Start – Onsite Twyford

Up to £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission. Top performers earning £150k+.

Start date: 19th January (please only apply if you can start on this date)

A fast‑growing, ambitious business based in Twyford is looking to recruit a driven Account Manager to join the team in January. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, account management or business development who enjoys building long‑term client relationships and working towards clear, achievable targets.

This is not a cold‑calling role. You will be managing warm inbound enquiries and engaged clients, owning your own portfolio and contributing to the company’s growth plans for 2026 and beyond.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound warm sales enquiries
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts
  • Achieve individual and team sales and margin targets
  • Manage your pipeline using CRM and KPI tools
About you
  • Proven experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environment
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Motivated by targets, commission and progression
  • Able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Positive, ambitious and resilient
