Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Specifications Sales Manager
Join a global, leading HVAC manufacturer as a Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Specifications Sales Manager operating remotely, covering London and the South East, focusing on driving business development and sales using technical knowledge of Heat Interface Units, Boilers, Heat Pumps and other relatable products.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling and developing new business plus technical and specifications sales into M&E consultants, contractors and developers within the HVAC industry, ideally with heat pumps, boilers or associated products.
Package- £55,000-£60,000

- Drive business development and manage key accounts for HVAC products including Heat Interface Units, Boilers and Heat Pumps into M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
- Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions and negotiations to achieve targets.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to offer technical indoor heat pump expertise and implement sales strategies for customers.
- Focus on technical and specifications sales into M&E consultants, contractors and developers, primarily with indoor heat pumps, boilers or related products.
- Operate fully remotely with ability to travel across London and the South East for client discussions.
- Experience with specifications sales, account management, area sales management, sales engineering, business development, technical sales engineering or similar roles within HVAC, mainly the heating sector.
- Experience selling and managing key accounts for HVAC products, Heat Interface Units, Boilers and Heat Pumps.
- Experience in technical and specifications sales into M&E consultants, contractors and developers, ideally with heat pumps, boilers or associated products.
- Willingness to work fully remotely from home with regular travel to engage with clients across London and the South East.
- Full clean driving licence required.
- A technical engineering qualification such as apprentice‑trained, HNC, HND or degree would be advantageous.
