Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at The Saa Sy People, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, actively seeking and engaging potential customers who can benefit from monday's industry-leading, AI-enhanced process automation software. You'll be a hunter, comfortable with various outreach strategies, from attending industry events and networking on Linked In to cold calling and crafting compelling email campaigns.
Your drive and determination to identify and connect with businesses seeking to enhance their operations will be key to your success. This role offers significant opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, allowing you to contribute directly to the expansion of our business.

- Lead Generation:
Utilise various channels (in-person events, Linked In, cold calling, email campaigns, prospecting tools) to identify and qualify potential customers needing process automation solutions. - Relationship Building:
Establish rapport with prospects, understand their unique challenges, and effectively communicate the value of The Saa Sy People's expert services. - Full Sales Cycle:
Generate qualified opportunities and run them from discovery and high-level demos through to negotiating closed deals. - Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in our CRM system. - Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets for monday's solutions. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
- Proven track record of lead generation or sales success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Linked In
- Experience in SaaS sales or Lead Generation
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with outbound cadencing tools
- Familiarity with prospecting tools
- Familiarity with
- Existing network of contacts in relevant industries
- Computer literate with experience in Google Workspace
- Experience working with customers across different time zones and cultural backgrounds
- Experience working within Google Workspace

- £28k-32k base salary plus performance-based bonus (OTE ~£67k)
