Location:
West London, Staines, Woking, Farnham, Guildford, Epsom, Newbury, Slough, Reading, Maidenhead, Milton Keynes, Buckingham, High Wycombe, Aylesbury.
Package: £33,000 – £35,000 base + OTE £43,000 – £45,000.
Benefits: Quarterly paid bonus, yearly performance bonus, company car, 22 days annual leave + bank holidays, laptop, phone, travel expenses paid.
About the CompanyWe are a family coffee wholesaler in the UK with branded support in Europe. We support independent businesses in the Ho Re Ca industry, providing an effective offering and customer service. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our clients and are looking for someone to secure new relationships and grow our business in London and the Home Counties.
RoleYou will be working in our Ho Re Ca and Business division, prospecting and securing new customers and developing relationships with clients in both sectors.
- Prospecting and securing new customers across the designated patch.
- Introducing the offering and service/support to independent hotels, restaurants, and local businesses.
- Growing volume of existing listings and increasing revenue with partners.
- Door‑knocking, visiting prospects face‑to‑face.
The successful person will demonstrate sales ability, tenacity and a natural “hunter” mentality.
- Experience in sales, especially coffee or catering equipment; capital equipment sales also considered.
- Effective sales techniques, genuine character, presence and relationship‑building ability.
- Driving licence, strong IT skills, relationship approach to customer management.
