What you'll be doingIn this role, you'll:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to review appliance cover
- Confidently upsell products using engaging, natural sales conversations
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs
- Recommend the most suitable protection packages
As an outbound sales agent, you'll be encouraged to bring your personality to every call while delivering a great customer experience.
Pay & training£24,500 basic salary
OTE £7,200 per year through achievable bonuses
Full 4‑week paid training programme, no experience left unsupported
You'll be fully trained on systems, sales techniques and product knowledge, with ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
What we're looking for- Experience in targeted or outbound sales
- Comfortable working independently (home‑based experience ideal)
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Clear, confident communication skills
- A positive, calm and organised approach
This is a remote role, requiring broadband access and a suitable home workspace. There's also a brand‑new office next to Nottingham train station, offering a modern, collaborative environment if you're within commuting distance.
Working hoursMonday‑Thursday: 10:30–19:00
Friday: 09:00–17:30
Two 15‑minute breaks plus a 30‑minute lunch
