This role involves aligning customer needs with automation solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and value‑driven customer experience.

• Lead the design and execution of Rockwell Automation sales growth strategies.
• Set and manage performance metrics for product specialists focused on sales, margin, and market share.
• Develop annual sales and marketing plans using GAP analysis of market data.
• Create and oversee associate and customer training plans for channel products.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
• Collaborate with account managers on account development and planning.
• Build and manage the Industrial Automation Group budget and incentive plan.
• Promote value‑added solutions in competitive sales situations.
• Identify and grow new markets for emerging technologies.
• Manage and mentor the IAG team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
• Track sales plans and opportunities in CRM; ensure team compliance with activity tracking.
• Support financial performance through value‑added services like Rockwell Support.

• Proven leadership experience in industrial automation or technical sales.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is preferred.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
