Our Planning & Space teams are at the heart of what we do. You’ll bring your ideas to shape the customer experience as part of a forward‑thinking team.

• Create designs for all ranges of retail display from individual fixtures to full department concepts.
• Visualise concepts in rendering programmes for internal presentation.
• Create 2‑D plans to demonstrate layout, customer flow and calculate linear values.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current retail and design trends and competitor initiatives.
• Draft BOQs of equipment as part of developing concept designs into F&F orders for prototyping and piloting.
• Design to a budget and apply VE principles.
• Produce presentation decks using PowerPoint and/or InDesign.
• Understand product density terminology (linear, SKUs, sales density, etc.) to work with briefs from Buying and Merchandising teams.

• A relevant degree in design or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail design.
• Knowledge of retail design standards and materials.
• Proficiency in Sketch Up, Vray, AutoCAD and other visualisation tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, predominantly Photoshop and InDesign.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to sketch is a big advantage.
