What you'll be doing:

As a waiter in Berkshire, you'll own your section and contribute to delivering a seamless, memorable guest journey. Every service is a chance to impress - quietly, professionally, and with total focus.

Your role will include:

Greeting guests with warmth and professional confidence

Managing orders with clarity, accuracy, and speed

Performing elegant tableside service with sharp attention to detail

Keeping your station pristine and guest-ready at all times

Working closely with kitchen and wine teams to ensure precision across the floor

Going the extra step to anticipate and exceed guest expectations

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a talented fine dining waiter or Demi Chef De Rang or an experienced Chef de Rang who is serious about high level service and thrives in an environment where nothing less than perfection will do.

You should be:

Experienced in Michelin, Rosette, or luxury-level restaurants

Calm under pressure and highly organised

Well-presented with excellent communication skills

Focused on the finer details that elevate service from good to unforgettable

A team player with high personal standards and a natural hospitality instinct
