We are seeking a dedicated and organised Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring guests start their day with a great experience. This role suits a chef who enjoys early mornings, consistency, and working in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook breakfast items to hotel standards (buffet & à la carte)
- Set up and maintain the breakfast station and buffet displays
- Ensure all food is fresh, well-presented, and delivered on time
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and storage
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety/HACCP procedures
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Support prep for the following service where required
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and kitchen operations
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliability and comfort working early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification
