A family of pubs in the Reading area is seeking an experienced Roving Head Chef to support existing and new locations. This role requires previous sous chef experience in a gastro pub, restaurant, or hotel. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, engaging with customers, and leading a motivated team.
