Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Head Chef, ideally based in the Reading
area to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

• Basic up to £40,000, plus tronc (that’s your card tips that are paid into your bank)

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
