A leading UK university is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate with expertise in food extrusion processing. This full-time role focuses on a project to develop plant-based meat analogue products using red-pigmented yeast biomass. The candidate will apply extrusion processing knowledge, contribute to experimental designs, and evaluate product quality. A PhD in food processing is required along with hands-on skills in food quality assessment and communication abilities.
