LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join a leading independent agency in the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional, passionate about the industry and career progression.

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum | Position:
Permanent, Full-Time | Reference: WR80151 |

Location:

Reading, RG1

• Managing and developing relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating lettings deals
• Ensuring compliance with relevant lettings legislation
• Managing the lettings process from start to finish
• Building and maintaining a database of prospective tenants and landlords
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Working towards and achieving individual and team targets

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic with a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude
• Highly organized, motivated, and a team player
• Excellent time‑keeping and presentation
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, articulate, and well‑spoken
