Property Manager

We are offering a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional in property management, facilities, or construction who is looking to scale back from full-time work while remaining actively involved in delivery.

This is a hands‑on role within a flat management structure—no layers, no silos. You’ll have autonomy, direct access to decision‑makers, and the opportunity to shape outcomes across a diverse property portfolio.

• Property management across residential and commercial portfolios
• Construction oversight, including refurbishments, dental practice fit‑outs, and office‑to‑residential conversions
• Site coordination, contractor management, and snagging
• Stakeholder engagement with residential letting managers, suppliers, and trades
• Independent planning and time management
• Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to use property management systems (training provided)
• A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites

• Site‑based role with autonomy and direct engagement
