- Assist property managers in the day-to-day management of leasehold properties.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Respond to enquiries and maintain positive relations with residents.
- Assist in preparing lease agreements, invoices, and notices.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, payments, and communications.
- Conduct property inspections and document findings.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and expense reconciliations.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, health and safety regulations, and property management policies.
- Support property managers in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage property-related tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, property managers, and contractors.
- Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations.
- Ability to handle resident enquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Capability to resolve property-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with property managers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
