Site Assurance Manager | Mobile Infrastructure - Permanent Reading / Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Site Assurance Manager to play a key role in assuring the quality, compliance, and readiness of mobile network sites following build and upgrade activities across a large national estate.

This role is critical to ensuring sites are delivered right first time
, aligned to approved designs, and handed over smoothly into operational maintenance — supporting both operational excellence and revenue assurance

• Manage and govern the acceptance of mobile site builds and upgrades
  , from completion through to operational handover
• Verify completed works align with approved designs, quality standards, and contractual requirements
• Conduct and review quality assurance checks and supplier audits
  , making independent decisions on compliance and workmanship
• Drive supplier performance to meet service levels and achieve right-first-time delivery
• Analyse performance trends across new and legacy sites to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational readiness and smooth handovers

• High levels of right-first-time delivery
• Measurable improvements in site quality and operational efficiency
• Strong stakeholder relationships and effective governance across the estate

• Strong experience in mobile telecoms site design, build, and electrical works
• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Proven capability in telecoms site auditing and quality assurance
• Advanced IT skills, particularly across Microsoft tools
• Experience with large-scale mobile infrastructure estates
• Knowledge of asset types such as towers, cabinets, and active equipment
