Quality Support Practitioner
Location - Reading/Basingstoke area
Closing Date - 18th March 2024
Salary - up to £27,500 (dependant on experience and suitability)

You will be required to -
- Support production quality and related business operations through technical and/or administrative activities.
- Create, coordinate, and analyse records, reports and data in support of quality and operational deliverables.
- Support Quality and Operational teams with the development and execution of Quality objectives. Support Quality and Operational teams with the delivery of technical/non-technical assessments and reporting using appropriate methodologies and metrics.
- Support in the identification, planning and execution of future Quality objectives/tasks.
- Support with the development and execution of Quality and operational improvement plans.
- Work collaboratively with other Quality and operational teams to ensure lines of communication are clear, stakeholders are engaged, and learning is shared and suitably applied.
- Support local audit/inspection activities i.e., planning, administration, communications, action completion, reporting, etc.
- You may be required to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position in line with business needs.
You will have some of the following skills and experience -
- Good verbal and non-verbal communications skills.
- Good Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional staff and external/internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced verbal, written & communication skills.
- Advanced administration skills e.g. word processing, organisation, managing multiple tasks, etc. Advanced analytical skills and able to work with and interpret large data sets.
- Competent with standard Microsoft packages incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.
