We are looking for an enthusiastic registered nurse who would enjoy working in a diverse, exciting and rewarding clinical area. Castle ward is a 29‑bedded unit specialising in rheumatology and endocrine patients, and also a medical ward for general medical conditions.
All staff members have an active role in the health promotion of patients on Castle Ward. Working with an excellent highly skilled team you will develop a wide range of clinical skills and progress your career. You will receive induction and specialist training tailored to the area, including care of patients with Diabetes. We will provide support through your induction and developmental phase.
You will be allocated a mentor who will guide you through completion of your competencies. We have a robust appraisal process to ensure that your professional development is achieved within a set time frame.
