An ambitious, PE-backed software company with a strong market position and significant growth momentum is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join its in-house marketing team. With north of £10 million in annual revenue, a meaningful share of its specialist market, and fresh investment being deployed to build out a modern, data-driven marketing engine, this is a rare opportunity to be part of something with real scale ambitions.

About the OpportunityThis role sits at the center of marketing operations, ensuring campaigns, data and systems run smoothly so the wider marketing team can focus on strategy.
You will manage the operational delivery behind marketing activity, working in tools like Hub Spot and Asana to keep campaigns organised, workflows running and deadlines on track.
This is an execution-focused role rather than a campaign strategy position, ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys the operational side of marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Managing all activity in Asana to ensure campaigns are planned, tasks are assigned, and deadlines are consistently met
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of events, both physical and virtual, covering everything from logistics and vendor management to contracts and purchase orders
- Maintaining Hub Spot data integrity, managing uploads, and keeping workflows operating correctly
- Coordinating the despatch and delivery of merchandise and materials to venues and events
- Supporting the case study and testimonial process, including scheduling and administrative coordination
- Helping to manage and maintain the company's content output, including industry publications and scheduled website posting
- Providing ad hoc social media support when team members are unavailable
- Being an advocate for Asana across the team and helping others get the most from the platform
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing operations, marketing coordinator, or similar role within a B2B environment, ideally software or technology
- Proficient in Hub Spot and Asana, or demonstrably strong in equivalent tools such as Salesforce or
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves across a wide variety of tasks
- Collaborative and team-oriented, someone who brings energy to the group and leaves their ego at the door
- Proactive by nature, not waiting to be asked but looking for what needs doing and getting ahead of it
- Commutable to Reading, with the ability to come into the office when needed, though regular office attendance is not required
- Any working knowledge of AI tools would be a real bonus
