Our Communications team at Cellnex UK is looking for a motivated intern who is eager to kickstart their career.

We are looking for someone to join us mid-July 2026 for a 12m
internship
. You will have the opportunity to enhance the brand and reputation of Cellnex UK through internal and external communications by providing support to existing activities, leading on key projects, and inputting into a refreshed digital approach.

Nearly 98% of adults in the UK own a mobile phone and we operate the infrastructure which enables Mobile Network Operators and others to provide nationwide services to consumers and businesses; indoors and outdoors. This is a hybrid role, based out of our lovely offices in Reading 3 days a week, with 2 days  are keen to encourage all applications, so if you need any adjustments, please apply and speak to your recruiter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in developing and producing engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for internal and external communications channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  • Support the team in drafting, editing, and proofreading corporate messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to generate story ideas that highlight company achievements, values, and initiatives.
  • Monitor, track and analyse the performance of published content.
  • Help manage and update the organisation’s digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated to stakeholders.
  • Participate in workshop sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance communication strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in corporate comms, digital media and content marketing.
EXPERIENCE
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations,
