Senior Brand Manager

Hybrid 3 days a week in the office ( plus flexible hours)
-near Reading, Berkshire

Circa £70,000 plus generous bonus and car allowance

We’re looking for a highly talented marketer to play a lead in shaping and delivering our Innovation agenda for a unique market. This role is all about passion for brand and marketing, consumer centric thinking and drive.

• Marketing experience at Senior Brand Manager level in a branded FMCG business
• A consumer first mind set in everything that you do, while always considering the implications of key decisions and actions on the retailer
• Innovation - NPD - Gate Process experience from ideation to execution
• A desire to constantly raise the bar in everything you do with a hunger to constantly learn, develop and grow
• Able to interrogate a brand P&L, identifying issues and opportunities, making interventions at pace
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to constructively challenge, influence and persuade
