Field Marketing Specialist – UK&I

To accompany our exponential growth in the region, Fortinet EMEA is seeking a Field Marketing professional to join the UK&I team. This position will help us to continue to expand our customer and market footprint in the region.
The position reports to the Field Marketing Directir UK&I and it involves close cooperation with sales teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Work within the UK&I Field Marketing team, to develop, own and execute marketing plans that drive pipeline, leads, and brand awareness, aligned with the EMEA strategy and local sales priorities
- This is a hands‑on role focused on the creation, ownership and tactical execution of engaging marketing activities across the UK&I region
- Partner with sales stakeholders, ensuring the close alignment on local field activities by understanding their priorities and customer needs which are increasingly built around vertical market trends and accompanying business imperatives
- Coordinate and execute events such as customer and prospect workshops, local webinars and industry conferences — from preparation to follow-up
- Coordinate localized digital and social campaigns in collaboration with sales stakeholders, PR, social media, and BDR teams
- Manage relationships with local agencies and vendors to get the most from a collaborative relationship.
- Manage budget estimates, POs and expenditure tracking for activities, ensuring all internal policies are followed
- Maintain accurate tracking of the marketing activities you own, lead assignment post activity, and ROI reporting in Salesforce.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on field marketing performance to key stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT Field in the UK
- Complete understanding and demonstrated track record across all tactics, with integrated marketing, communications, and PR tactics to drive the pipeline: digital campaigns, call out campaigns, event management, high-touch tactics, etc.
- Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns and promotions to meet the revenue goals of sales teams
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work cross-functionally to plan and execute successful marketing programmes
- Ability to manage the planning and execution of programmes in a deadline‑driven environment
- Team player, positive attitude, responsive, strong organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing technology systems and how to maximize them for efficient lead distribution and reporting (SFDC or any other automation tool experience a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or equivalent in experience
