Base location: Reading with option of hybrid working 2/3 days per week
Salary: to £65k + performance related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing
Working Pattern: Permanent Full time with the option of hybrid working
What is the role?Reporting to the Marketing Director for Neos Networks, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of Wholesale and Enterprise focused marketing campaigns with the end goal of increasing brand awareness and bringing in new ROI through the generation of leads.
You will need to take a hands‑on approach in the delivery of successful marketing campaigns for the Wholesale and Enterprise sectors and have previous experience in a similar b2b telecoms company with a wholesale or channel division.
The successful applicant must be able to support this by bringing their expertise, knowledge and enthusiasm to the role. The role is highly autonomous so you will need to be motivated and self-sufficient with a tenacity to succeed and are able to hit the ground running introducing new campaign ideas to get our message out to market and moving existing and in-progress campaigns to completion.
Duties include:- Support and contribute to the wider marketing plan, identifying target markets and driving activity against marketing objectives
- Deliver multi-touchpoint campaigns
- Manage and maintain product content, webpages and keyword activity
- Be competent in launching go-to-market campaigns to support product launches
- Working on key projects already in development to take this to completion as well as bringing ideas to the forefront for new campaigns
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance
- Support the sector on relevant national and international events
- Work with key stakeholders across our marketing, sales and product teams, to create and develop collateral to assist with campaigns and messaging
- BA (Hons) Business or Marketing degree and/or CIM qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a B2B marketing team with excellent written and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in the telecoms or technology sector & in creating wholesale/channel campaigns
- Commercial marketing experience, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate value through KPIs and ROI
- A self‑starter who can be proactive and drive improvements and efficiencies within the team
- Someone with a strategic mindset who can plan and think ahead but has the practical experience to be hands‑on and get the job done
- Ability to bring a team together to work towards the same goal, coaching and supporting to achieve the best outcome for the marketing plan/campaign
- Ability to use reporting and analytics to interpret customers behaviour to suggest campaign testing and new messaging
- Experience in inbound marketing is desired along with experience using an automated email platform like Hub Spot and Salesforce
- Experience in management of agencies
- IT skills including;
PowerPoint, Word and Excel
