The OpportunityThis role sits at the heart of commercial execution — acting as the key link between Marketing, Operations and Finance. You’ll ensure brand and category plans are translated into clear, coordinated actions and delivered accurately. With the business continuing to scale, this position plays a vital role in maintaining operational rigour, protecting margins and ensuring flawless in-store delivery.
Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Coordination- Serve as the central point of contact between Marketing, Operations and Finance teams.
- Align and manage the marketing calendar to ensure smooth execution of launches, activations and assortment updates.
- Monitor timelines and proactively resolve any gaps or misalignment that could impact delivery.
- Manage SKU set-up and ongoing system accuracy.
- Oversee the POS process from quotation through to purchase order, ensuring compliance and precision.
- Prepare clear and structured briefs for merchandisers and stores.
- Support activation planning materials and order documentation.
- Coordinate spare stock and re-order requirements.
- Maintain accurate assortment data and reporting links.
- Ensure pricing governance and cross-market compliance.
- Manage cost controls for POS and fixtures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance scalability.
- Introduce greater standardisation across templates and communications.
- Strengthen cross-departmental handovers to improve visibility and execution reliability.
We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in a coordination or operational role such as Marketing Assistant, Brand Coordinator, Marketing Controller or Operations Executive.
You will demonstrate:
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Data led with strong Excel and systems capability
- Experience working across marketing and operational functions
- A structured, process-led approach with excellent follow-through
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident written communication skills
